Clearly the kinda Seller you want to do business with. The shipping time took just a bit longer than expected, but hey, It's a Busy World Out There! Nice Work, Toy Sister.

When I contacted her to say the bobbin cover plate I purchased had not made it to me, Phyllis never even blinked!! She immediately refunded my money and was very thoughtful in her apology. This is an excellent person with whom to do business! A few days after I received the refund, the bobbin cover DID finally show up. Not the selller's fault! Did you get my note and payment, Phyllis?
