The Bose sound is something I had missed and this was an excellent value compared to buying a new model condition and quality were great in the appearance was exactly as described. Unfortunately this model requires a remote and this was missing. I contacted boseconnectco and they were willing to send a remote. This arrived yesterday. We tested the radio and cd and both work exactly as described. This seller is obviously willing to engage with their customer to fix issues and they supply product exactly as described.
