USPS had been having widespread delays and I knew it to be true being that another seller I’d purchased from the same time as I purchased from this seller, was also delayed the same amount of time. When I attempted to return the item, the seller resolved the issue very quickly by offering a 50% refund of the purchase price for me to keep the item as-is. I agreed to keep the item. Very responsive seller, who made the experience painless for me. I would recommend this seller any time.
