We negotiated a price for just the head (no shaft) & I said I was okay with him keeping the difference in ship price. Difference was about $3 but he decided to get greedy and down grade the service to USPS Ground Advantage for an extra $1.60. In doing so, the shipment took a tour of the US and 12 days to arrive.
