But the seller responded and advised what to do , so I could claim a refund back . I'm disappointed that I can't have this item, and it can't be replaced, but it's not the seller's fault. I reported this to the seller immediately and very quickly had a refund for the cracked cup. It would have been nice if she had commented more than 'hi there'. Overall a positive outcome with no quibbling. I have purchased from her before and would do so again
