Took them 10 days to dispatch, the excuse being "due to insurances" and then they admitted they didn't even have it and had to "book someone" to collect it. Awful communication. asked if it had been sent I was given a tracking number, but it wasnt sent for a further 4 days. NOT VS DIAMONDS, I'm told possibly a super clone due to sapphire not being real and weight being off.
