Unfortunately Richard the Lion heart was beheaded when I got him out of the box. Shipping was fast packed very well with bubble wrap. I also received another figurine the same day from the same seller. It was perfect. I believe through no fault of the seller but perhaps the way it was handled by USPS during its journey is when the beheading happened All was resolved quickly. Will definitely purchase from this seller again!!!
