Item came as described, well packaged, and on time. Seller was quick to notify me of an issue with the item and took care of it promptly. 10/10 would buy from seller again.
I ordered 2 kits, and one arrived damaged. The plastic spray bottle cracked and all the contents spilled out. Fortunately, the seller was proactive and had packaged the bottle in a ziploc bag. The ziploc bag did leak a little, so the contents of the rest of the kit and the box were soaked. Seller was very responsive and made things right. So 3 stars for the product, but 5+ stars for the seller.
Ordering was great, I bought 1 then thought i better buy another one price was too good to pass up, didn't order together but back to back. But got one but not the other, contacted seller, then realized on second order I was shipped to my brother's address, which he received and was very appreciative cause he needed it for his lawnmower which is the same as mine. Lol. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT SHIPPING, CONDITION, QUALITY, AND APPEARANCE that's just the eBay way of doing things.
