When it arrived, I ran it through a thorough hardware check which it passed with flying colours. Postage was rapid; it arrived in good protective packaging ("Air Paq"). There were a few minor marks, entirely as described, but they seem to have done an excellent job with the new screen. This is no reflection on the seller who I regard as top notch. I had plenty of updates letting me know what they knew about the delivery status. A full refund was given before the ebay guide lines.
