It arrived much sooner than originally stated (a whole week early) and regardless of the early nature I was kept informed of shipping progress (still the early was unexpected good). It must also be noted that this shop went over and above on service by looking some special material up for me even after the sale was complete. Excellent excellent value in the shopping experience.

Concerning the packaging, while I appreciate the care taken, I would have preferred it if the item was not wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. It was also in a bubble envelope which I can reuse, however wrapped in brown paper would have sufficed. We all need to be mindful about reducing our constant use of plastic in our daily lives. The item is exactly as described, however, was priced more than other similar items.

Communication with the seller was fantastic. There was a national holiday in between and he immediately got in touch with me. I will definitely buy from them again and can't recommend them enough.
