As I've stated publicly a couple of times now, recently moved, work slammed, and personal life is in disarray. Picked up where I could. Shipping>>>communicating. Not excusing myself, but explaining sh*t happens, y'know? Worked through it. We are back to 1-2 day packing time and 1-2 day carrier origin acceptance time. There were some growing pains with drop-off location which stacked with moving adjustment. We will do better.
