    Absolutely great response and fast shipping. Many thanks to them. The only problem was DHL (eBay int'l shipping) has minor issue on parcel tracking. Other than that, the whole buying process and requests that before purchase were fantastic. The packaging was also good that protect my purchase without over packaging. I've received my cue in good shape and as I ordered and described. Beside a bit higher than expected shipping cost, this purchase is value for money.
