Great communication, great service and great product too. The condition of the product was very durable and the value of the product is a bit expensive but what can I say, nothing is cheap nowadays. I’ve would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested purchasing it!!!

We chose to have a replacement .We thought they would replace the damaged one but NO they sent a full replacement. Communication was 1st class .The replacement product arrived in a timely manner very customer focused company. Aussi, le tapis n'était pas vraiment adapté à ma classe A modèle 2025 mais avec un peu de modifications, celui-ci fait très bien le travail pour le prix, qui, ne pas l'oublier, est 3 fois moins cher que chez Mercedes. Bonne continuation à eux. P.L
