Because the seller had some great photos, I could compare the photos to the item that arrived. Looking at the photos and the damage to the box, I could see that the shipper had damaged the jacket, with two opposing edges compressed and bent while they were inside the box. I received a refund very promptly, and I hope the shipper has compensated this excellent seller.
