The seller disagreed with this assessment. However, when I mentioned this the seller immediately offered me a refund so I can't complain. Also, the item arrived very quickly. Not a bad experience, these things happen and I am probably a bit more fastidious than most people.

In less than two hours the seller contacted me to report the USPS lost the package. They apologized and issued a refund.
