The condition was marked open box new and that's what I received even though it's a new item. High quality and great value. Outstanding service!     The item was exactly as described, brand new but with a rough box. Shipping was fast (bought Saturday night, received Wednesday morning.) As far as the box being in rough shape, it was in rough shape as far as collectors are concerned, but it was fine overall, and the product inside was pristine with all the wrapping material. As for the item, I wouldn’t pay the ridiculous prices scalpers are charging, but I got this one at a fair price. Would definitely do repeat business with this seller

    Great Seller, fast, free shipping. Would definitely buy from again. Well packaged, entire box was wrapped. Box was a bit beat up, but bought as an Open Box item, so to be expected. Filter is BIG, but what I needed. Installed in a few hours, leak free (my connections). As described -- New and undamaged, with owners manual. Good value, cheaper than my local pool stores
