The coogi sweater arrived well packaged and the threads were in great condition. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the sweater as it was dirty and had a lot of pet hair. I messaged her about this and she replied with a plan that I believe is fair. I kept the sweater and am leaving a positive review as I am confident that she will follow through.
