But she didn’t even offer another bra in her store of the same size. She said she didn’t have the bra in that size and I saw in her store where she had plenty of the size I need. It seems like good customer service to offer something else of the same size. But seller didn’t care. Unfortunately, we can’t magically produce inventory ww don’t have, no matter how many times someone claims they “saw it” in our store. If excellent customer service means making up items just to avoid a rude message, we'll have to stick with honesty instead.
