Tried to buy another bra from seller, she contacted me to say that she made a mistake and no longer had my size. She refunded me promptly and offered me a discount for another item. While I was disappointed, I understand that mistakes can happen. I took her up on her offer and was happy with the solution.

I marked slower shipping time, but that was only because the post office seemed to "misplaced" this item for a period of time. The item was shipped out the next day. I followed the tracking and the suitcase was stuck. I contacted the seller, who immediately got in touch with the post office. The suitcase started moving again and reached me in a couple of days.
