I asked some questions before I bought (that I would have liked answers to), but never got them until the shoes showed up. Didn't want to miss the deal waiting for the answers...I know the seller has several stores they run and not sure how many staff they have or not, but good communication would have made this experience a 10 rather than an 8.5.
