The packing was really bad, seller only put paper around the amplifier. I can feel the amp moving inside the box when I picked up the package. The amp is still working with only banana plugs, but I feel if i move the amp around, the loose bind posts will stop working and damage the internal parts of the amp. Only issue was the fact that the batteries were corroded inside, but with a bit of cleaning/fixing up it was working great just as described. The item could have been packaged a little more safe just because items like that can get damaged easily in transit, but luckily all was well
