  The seller has been very helpful in resolving the delivery problem. The latter arose because the courier had delivered the order to another address in my street but without leaving me a note for me to say where. The seller contacted the courier and was able to ascertain where it had been left and provide me with that information. Hence, I was then able to collect the order, which had been promptly dispatched, was well packaged and was in excellent condition. Many thanks to the seller.

  The seller has been very helpful in following up my initial feedback. He has contacted the courier to find out where my order had been delivered, as the courier did not provide that information to me. I have now been able to collect the order, which I can confirm was posted promptly to me, was well packaged and was in excellent condition. The delivery problem referenced in my original feedback was not in any way the fault of the seller.

  Great experience buying from this seller, my video player arrived inside very good packaging, and within a few days of placing the order, with good communication from them and the delivery people. The unit s very good, better than expected, also everything was as described in the advert, all the buttons work and most importantly plays my old VHS tapes very well with no lines across the screen the screen. Very clean unit, very pleased, and good value for money. Thank you.
