    I ordered a custom-sized rug (8x8 feet). While it was created and shipped quickly, unfortunately the design did not match the listing - the colors were all much darker and one was completely different (red instead of pink), so the rug does not match my color scheme as expected. I did try contacting the seller regarding the issue but they were unable/unwilling to provide any assistance. Adding photos to show the difference between the listing and the final product

    I was skeptical at first buying a rug without actual product photos but it turned out to be a great buy. The colors and thickness of the rug match the images. The rug seems really well made and shipping was super fast. Honestly very happy with it, I would purchase from this seller again.
