      I screwed up and bought the wrong color drum pad (which I could have dealt with) but I contacted seller (Nathan) to let him know...he went above and beyond to make it right and sent me one (i thought) i was originally buying so now all my e-drum pads match...very professional and VERY cool!...packed perfectly and delivered quickly!!...would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again! Thanks Nathan!!

      Fantastic value seller/vendor on Ebay for aftermarket Alesis drum equipment! Store owner called me directly to confirm a few comments about the order. Ended up cancelling original order and submitted a different "buy now" order from same vendor. The second item more closely met my needs in appearance. Custom solutions mentioned, so I recommend reaching out prior to any purchase. He was able to swap out a black 10" cymbal for red. Everything arrived on time good condition and worked as promised.

      I ordered the wrong product and started a return. The seller was very accommodating and offered me the refund and told me I could keep the product. They were very professional and offered to help me find the item I was actually looking for. Even though they couldn’t accommodate me, my refund was processed anyway.
