There's definitely some issues in terms of quality. There was a ton of string buzz, which normally is okay but this particular one had such uneven frets that it took a ton of filing down in order to get the frets leveled. Not all of these models are this bad though. For beginners, I recommend sticking with Fender Squire. Condition was brand new.

It was carefully packaged ( double boxed) and the price was very reasonable. I’m afraid that I used to be a bit of a gear snob but I really like the feel and sound of the squier guitars.
