It safely and quickly arrived in splendid unblemished appearance and pristine quality as was expected. An excellent value given other vendor prices for this particular item. A small tear in the wrapping was as described and was no problem whatsoever because I opened the package to check the important DVDs which despite the infamous dvd “pancake” were untouched. They spent almost 2 hours looking for a replacement (I had honestly just expected them to keep an eye out for a case, not to actively go hunt one down). When they couldn't find one they offered to a full refund to return it or a partial refund for the condition issue. It's refreshing to see people who care about their business on eBay, most would just not care. I will always look in their store first now.

The CD was new as promised, the recipient was pleased their gift. My only negative would be that the case was cracked. However that seems to be the norm with the 90% of the CDs I purchase, no matter whom I purchase them from. The seller made a concerted effort to package the item well, the CD itself was fine no damage. So all in all, I'm happy with the seller and my purchase😊Christmas by Jan Mulder (Piano)/London Symphony Orchestra (CD, Sep-2014) (N° 116368501843)
