There was a shipping delay from USPS that was not the sellers fault. Apparently items with batteries must ship USPS ground for safety reasons. The seller was very communicative during the extended shipping delay and I felt good that the situation would be resolved one way or the other. Thankfully the item eventually showed up unscathed. The only problem I had was the the box for the laptop. Seller used original box only and insert only. Box was in terrible shape when I received it by post offices or was shipped that way, just glad the laptop was ok by chance.
