Most people believe that being extremely tall would be fantastic. It isn't. It has its advantages, but it also has nearly as many disadvantages. Also, the book was delivered promptly from the USA to the UK. Also, the price was reasonable for an out-of-print book. However, one point of constructive criticism: the packaging could have been much better, in order to better protect the book in transit. The book was sent in a bubble-wrap mailer only, with no cardboard to give the package greater strength.
