My issue is with SpeedPAK (shipping Company) after going thru customs making its way up from NY City. Then it was turned over to the delivery Company named UniUni in Albany, NY. USA. I was given an email showing it was delivered and left on the front deck. Delivery company sent me two pics of my home showing where it was placed.There is a sign NOT to leave deliveries here.Their driver failed to read the sign.The small envelope was lost due to rain & wind

Requested a new one, without hesitation they sent a new one and it arrived in a couple days. Will do business again, and would definitely recommend.
