I received an older version of Railways of the World in a damaged box. When I contacted the seller about the game version and box damage he tried to blame the USPS which he used to ship the game (even opened up a claim in my name) however the shipping box was not damaged. He offered a minor refund - I refused. It has subsequently sold for more despite the damage. The game box was not damaged before being shipped. The USPS agreed and paid the claim that I opened with my own USPS account as the shipper.
