The Linksys DOCSIS DPC3008 delivers high speed broadband with high bandwidth transfer speeds via your existing cable ISP. The modem features channel bonding technology to produce download speeds of up to 340 Mbps and upload speeds of 120 Mbps. You will enjoy sufficient speeds for streaming HD media, media sharing, gaming, or just surfing the Internet. The DPC3008 cable modem supports DOCSIS 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 to enable you to enjoy high bandwidth transfer rates through your existing broadband connection. The Ipv6 Internet Protocol supplies the latest Internet Protocol technologies to help you maintain an updated connection and consistent lag free throughput. This model provides advanced technologies and state of the art components and software. The network standards include DOCSIS 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0, 802.3 and 802.3u. The Linksys DPC3008 has three ports for power, Ethernet and cable and the cable connector is an F-type Female 75 ohm connector. There is a reset button and LEDs to indicate power, DS, US, online and link. The DCP3008 modem works with cable broadband Internet service, not DSL, and requires an existing cable account for broadband service. This model can be found in a store that sells computer accessories or purchased online with even better deals. Online payment options include major credit cards and gift cards. This product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The cable modem comes with a power adapter, Ethernet cable, and a CD with the user guide.
