The vendor, in my interactions with her, is a very kind individual, who will keep the buyer apprised in the event that there are any delays or, as it was in my case, changes in shipment. In my case, it was a change from USPS to FedEx. The shipment could not be shipped via "Media" rate and normally eBay will not allow for it to be listed this way when I created the listing.
