They admitted to me they're not all tested. See their response, "if the buyer is not willing to return the card as requested, as stated, this listing is a no return policy, old recycled tech is finicky, no guarantees where implied or listed, the ball is in your court." Also stated, "More then 400 of these cards have been sold, ebay will not side with buyers [...]"

The original listing failed to disclose that it might need a BIOS/driver update, something which is impossible for my computer which lacks integrated graphics to do. When I reached out to the seller, he was dismissive and repeatedly tried to pin the blame on me. He insisted on an absurd 40% "restocking fee" to return the defective item.
