This turned out to be the best thing this shipper could have done because my laptop would not recognize a USB drive as a bootable device. It did however recognize the DVD and booted right up as advertised. This laptop was my wife's deceased aunt and I removed her password and the administrator password in less than 5 minutes recovering priceless family photo's. 5 Stars +.
