Chuck Mitchell is the best seller that I have dealt with. The quality and design is perfect. It has a snug fit keeping the scale safe in between use and also eliminates having to keep it in the carrying case that the scale comes in. The condition of the product was perfect when received, very well packaged. I was satisfied with the value of the product. The appearance was just as shown in the pictures.
