It was wrapped in just bubble wrap and a thin plastic shipping bag, so the box was absolutely mutilated when it arrived. It was smashed and broken open at the ends. It was to have been a gift so... yeah. I was sad since I'd specifically looked for one advertised as "new". Communication was great, shipping was fast, and the item's damage happened during shipping.
