It appears to be an old repair, nothing that I believe the seller was aware of, just an older figure out of package. Things happen. The item was packed well. The figure was exactly as described and more than fairly priced. I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Excellent customer service, great communication, and the packaging was very thoughtful as well.
