It was all open up and torn down. It did not had any internal bubble wrap to secure it or else, and it actually came with a broken connector because of the excessive play within the box. I went ahead and contacted the seller, explain the situation and sent pictures as proof. Immediately, they apologize for the inconvenience and offer to send me another one. Thank you for your CS.AC Compressor with Clutch & Pulley for Lexus IS250 IS350 GS350 2006-2013 V6 2.5L (N° 126492219972)
