I contacted the seller to let them that I'd applied for a refund but would be buying the item again, using Klarna. They responded really quickly to say the cancellation had been processed. I reordered the item and I received it within 48 hours. Amazing!! Thank you guys!!

The replacement seems to function as intended. I'm very happy with the communications with this vendor and the speed of response. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.
