When USPS lost the package, they diligently helped recover it by contacting them and would have refunded me if my item didn’t turn up. Fortunately, I received it and my item is even more beautiful in person! As described and a wonderful value, I absolutely love this doll. She is breakable but the seller took the time to package her up securely for shipping. Thank you so much, your kindness is so appreciated. 🥰

Item arrived safely and quickly. You KNOW this is a professional seller when they have eBay packing tape and a sticker that says, "Thank you!"
