I immediately contacted the seller (based in China), and received a response no less than 12 hours later due to time difference. The seller is very communicative, and even offered to correct the mistake by offering me a refund or a replacement fan. Replacement fan came a week later, without additional shipping costs to me. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller as their customer service is great. Fans work beautifully.
