My original order was stolen which made me really upset as I wanted to try these energy drinks from my hometown that I can’t just buy in any shop here in England. Contacted the seller explaining the situation expecting nothing to come out of this and just lose both money and the product. But the seller kept in contact and sent another package free of charge. Got it and all great! Nicely packaged so nothing was damaged during shipping. They have always arrived quickly, well packaged and as described! In the one instance where they did not arriven in excellent condition it was the fault of the courier and not the seller. Despite this they took the matter very seriously and sorted replacements free of charge! Would recommend every time :)
