The first 15 minutes felt glossy, then it felt very dry. it feels dry but don't get a peeling lip. I don't like the feeling of drying. That's why I try to use it with lip balm, and it works well together. I only have to use this twice in a row , wait until it dry and the rest of the day with lip balm because the color of this one is long-lasting. The color is very nice. Too bad the cap broke when I opened it. But I can still use it.
