I explained the situation, as it was completely my fault, however, TS immediately got back to me (good communication) and said they completely understood. Sent me what I wanted in it's place, and we had a seamless return and replace transaction. Which is very rare. The seller went above and beyond. Item is good quality and at a great price. Total professional, I would definitely recommend Teknix Solutions.
