The handles are sturdy webbing but the cushion grips do not wear well. They are no problem as the straps are fine.

Actually was left on the ground 20 feet from my mail box near the road! I would recommend the seller to contact the delivery service and let them know their driver failed miserably! Again, no issues with the seller or product.
