Issue I have is that the laptop was described - Your description states "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). This is definetly not a new laptop as you can visually see worn keyboard keys on many of the laptops key. Not happy paying a premium price for what was supposed to be a new laptop which turns out and appears to be a used latop. Also communication from seller was not great.
