Because I have low-vision issues, they took immediate steps to ensure I received the model best suited to my needs, and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. After receiving the unit, I screwed up the operating system, and the owner immediately fixed and returned the system as part of their 100% full service policy. I could not ask for more, a full 5 star review.

There was an issue with the originally shipped laptop, and they didn’t just make it right, they ended up sending out an upgraded system just to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2002 and I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been taken care of so well by a seller. They shipped quickly, packaged the laptop well, and the laptop looked virtually brand new.
