If not for a few small scuffs, I would have thought the item were new. They were also very prompt in shipping and the pricing was very fair. After sales support was also great. I had some trouble with my CFS unit and they were responsive in troubleshooting with me and sending a replacement part to fix the issue. Would highly recommend!

The printer itself is in excellent shape and though it’s listed as used there are barely any signs of wear and it is like new. This printer was a heck of a deal.
