We have a 50 year old Norelco razor that still works and has had only one set of new blades. You just popped it open and brushed the blades with the included brush. This new Phillips Norelco makes you take the whole blade assembly off with all kinds of warnings not to turn them around or you have problems. It has many fussy directions. It had the trimmer in a separate bag with no instructions. New blades yearly!

The blades will start making a horendous racket at times and it comes and goes 6-8 times during a shave. I clean it after every shave so it is not like it is dirty and of course it is new so I wouldn't expect it to be worn out. I'd also say some of my previous shavers shave closer than this one. One last thing, I think the on/off switch is a little sensitive and is located where I put my thumb sometimes shuts

He responded very quickly to my concerns. He paid for the return shipping and refunded my money as soon as he got it back. He is no longer selling the item. Just like the description states the headphones are factory sealed and in great condition. The pictures don’t do the headphones justice and the color is beautiful! I highly recommend the seller!
