The motherboard arrived in proper ESD protective packaging and included (a 3D printed) I/O backplate. The motherboard arrived as described and on time. I only wish I had known in advance that it had come from a CyberPower PC as the UEFI BIOS is slightly different from the one bought straight from ASUS (I achieved what I wanted, so it doesn't matter much). Would recommend this seller.
